Hello,

This post has been brought to you via the WordPress app on the iPhone. It is Friday night and I’m out at Tower23 celebrating a friend’s birthday. We have about 15 in the group and growing. Although I am not drinking, I still find it easy to mistkinly reach for a drink.

It is about 8:30 right now and the wine from dinner just turned to cocktain for most. There is an occasional shot and the volume is getting louder. Normally, this is where I would normally take off and get the party going.

I have been asked by a couple people if it is hard to not drink around people that are drinking? I don’t think so. In fact, I don’t really think about it all that much to be honest. It really hsn’t been that big of a deal… yet. I am definitely feeling the benefits of not ingesting alcohol. Have you ever quit cold turkey and run into any side effects? If so, leave a comment and tell me about it.
